Tat is egg+prawn!!! Hahahah dun laugh!!! Tis is easy 2 cook, but not easy to be tasty!! hahha! N so sorry..i 4got 2 take pic for the process...so just the finished product la!!! But one thing for sure is!!! I cooked tis!!! 100% delicious!!! Hehehe not only me saying tat oh......wahhahaha!''
Egg+Prawn
How 2 cook? Tis is a good question!
1. B4 cooking, the prawn hav 2 be marinated with vinegar+sugar. To make it more elastic!! Remember 2 rinse it!!! If not ur prawn will be very sour! Then marinate again with sum salt & soya sauce, n sum pepper as well.
2. Fry the prawn with some olive oil, then put in some garlic, wine...Okay 5 minutes later...put in the egg...remember 2 stir the egg n add in sum salt!
3. Okay! Then fry it for 5-7 minutes!!! Until it become golden colour !!!! Okay tats done!!! I know is very easy!!! Tat shallot is just for decoration...hehhe...^^
