My Little Kitchen*2

Hehe 1 point I have to make it very clear before you start reading post, which is, I am the chef for today!!! Not my mummy okie??!!!I cooked all of this!!! Hahahahaha! :P What is our special menu for today? In Malaysia, this is called '板面' ;In China, this is called面疙瘩;In english, this is called 'Woodmee'!!! Hahahahahahha! :) 'Someone taught me this...!'

The process of making this is soooo easy!!! I am toooo proud of my masterpiece la,hahaha!:P

Can you see the 2 egg yolk up there??? Twins egg!!!They come along with a same egg!!! Not two!!!! Lets start!!!:)**The 1st steps is flour+egg+water=Dough**The 2nd steps is preparing the soup, this depends on different person different relish la..:)**The 3rd steps is frying the mince pork with mushroom, add in some garlic,cooking wine, oyster sauce...**The 4rd steps is slicing up the chili and add in with some soy sauce, lime,pepper,soy sauce and hot oil!!**Okay thats done!!! Gao dim!:)

This is the final product!!!!!! :) Hehehehe very easy right???? :)
