Haha I am so happy today because I did quite well for my macro test and assignment! :)
Furthermore today is Melbourne central winter shopping day...got sales sales sales!
Have the urge to splurge! But lastly I did control myself, hehe I just bought a shirt n a toner!
Final exam is around the corner! 20days left! Stress, nervous, not well-prepared yet!

Chill On Ice Lounge

Melbourne's first and only Ice Lounge!!!!Everything from the walls, chairs, tables and even the drink glasses are made of ice !!!!There's over 30 tonne of ice inside!!!The entry to the Ice Lounge includes a cocktail drink, use of boots, gloves & a fury hooded ski jacket, since it's -12°C inside!!!! Hahahhaha this frozen adventure is soooo memorable!

Hehe 1 point I have to make it very clear before you start reading post, which is, I am the chef for today!!! Not my mummy okie??!!!I cooked all of this!!! Hahahahaha! :P What is our special menu for today? In Malaysia, this is called '板面' ;In China, this is called面疙瘩；In english, this is called 'Woodmee'!!! Hahahahahahha! :) 'Someone taught me this...!'

The process of making this is soooo easy!!! I am toooo proud of my masterpiece la,hahaha!:P

Can you see the 2 egg yolk up there??? Twins egg!!!They come along with a same egg!!! Not two!!!! Lets start!!!:)**The 1st steps is flour+egg+water=Dough**The 2nd steps is preparing the soup, this depends on different person different relish la..:)**The 3rd steps is frying the mince pork with mushroom, add in some garlic,cooking wine, oyster sauce...**The 4rd steps is slicing up the chili and add in with some soy sauce, lime,pepper,soy sauce and hot oil!!**Okay thats done!!! Gao dim!:)

This is the final product!!!!!! :) Hehehehe very easy right???? :)

A Day To Remember, Mother's Day.

The second Sunday in May, A day to Remember, Mother's day! Hahahaha luckily my mummy is with me now, so I can celebrate this meaningful day with her! Hahahahah but for me everyday is mother's day, cause I loves her soooooo much!!!! :) We had our dinner at Shine, Glen Waverly with my luvly girl Elsie!!!! Such a looong time I didnt meet u la, hahahah! :)

Tabriz(World Famous!!)- Delicate french crepes rolled around ground beef cooked in red wine with herbs, bacon, mushroom, onions, tomatoes, and other delights served with a side salad. (Hahaha but this is not tasty at all :P)

Fresh strawberries- Succulent, sweet strawberries with a strawberry coulis on two buttermilk pancakes topped with choice of ice-cream and dusted with icing sugar.
